Finally, Joe has an excuse!

Joe doesn't send me flowers. There is actually a very good reason for it, and I understand completely. He had two really awful experiences with buying me bouquets for our wedding reception and open house, and ever since then he has never been much for getting flowers. "And besides," as he would remind me, "flowers die- I don't want something dead to show how much I love you!" But it turns out there is a lot more behind his reasoning than I thought!
