Love her!

Lil said two things that had me laughing today- just thought I would share...

1. Lil was mad at me for not letting her eat a cheese stick (string cheese) before dinner. She took her complaints to Dad, who said, "Lil- knock it off!" So Lil came back to me with a plastic golf club and said, "Mom! I am gonna knock you off!" (If I turn up dead in the night, ya'll know who to blame!)

2. Lil got sad when I packed up to leave for my workout at the gym. She kept threatening to cry, so I promised her I would be back to help tuck her in for bed. This seemed to satisfy her, and I went on my way. After returning from an exceptionally GRUELING work out, with barely a minute to spare before Lil's bedtime, I went to read to Lil and she said, "Momma, I think you need to shower cause I can smell your stink. You should go shower. Daddy will read to me, huh Daddy?" Who couldn't respond cause he was laughing too hard...

Gotta love kids!

Don't you love the sass?! And I wouldn't want a stinky mommy reading to me, either, lol.

Happy POW! I have a 4 YO and we went to the movies the other day. While walking in the parking lot, she told me to be careful with the cars 'cause they can run you over AND THEN I'LL HAVE TO GO TO SEE THE MOVIE BY MYSELF. Yeah, that's right, just leave your Mom in the middle of the road...
